If asphalt and concrete pavements are properly maintained they will last a very long time.

Midwestern climates can wreak havoc on concrete and asphalt pavements. The sun's ultraviolet rays, rapid temperature changes, freezing and thawing and the affects of chemical deicers are combining to destroy your paved surfaces.

Proper pavement maintenance can extend the life of pavements for many years.

Our highly trained and experienced team can help you design a long term plan to protect these expensive assets.

Slurry Seal. Slurry seal is a preventative maintenance surface treatment for asphalt pavements. It provides a new wearing surface that minimizes the intrusion of rainwater into the pavement surface and eliminates the harmful ultraviolet rays that age the pavement. It also maintains the integrity of the existing pavement.

Concrete Pavement Restoration. Our CPR crews can install partial depth and full depth patches to Portland Cement Concrete Pavements. These repairs are excellent for area subject to spalling, d-cracking, gouging and rebar related delamination.

Joint Sealing and Crack Sealing. All asphalt and concrete pavements, shrink, settle, expand and crack. Our joint seal and crack seal specialists can prescribe and install just the right material to meet the specific needs of the pavement to keep these cracks from administering a fatal blow to your valuable pavement structures.

Micro Surfacing. Micro Surfacing is a preventative maintenance surface treatment for asphalt and concrete pavements. With the addition of latex in the emulsion, Micro Surfacing becomes a more stable surface treatment that will fill deeper voids and withstand high volumes of traffic. The Micro Surfacing system is a quick set system that in some case will allow the return of traffic within one to two hours.
